Welcome to IconHub, operated by GR Technology Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at freeiconshub.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using IconHub on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use IconHub.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will display a notice on the site.
IconHub is an online icon library providing access to 1,200+ free and premium colour icons in SVG, PNG, and WEBP formats. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, but are not obligated to do so for temporary maintenance or emergencies.
Your rights to use IconHub icons depend on your plan:
The licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use downloaded icons within these constraints. Downloading an icon does not transfer copyright — IconHub retains all intellectual property rights.
You may browse and make limited downloads without an account. An account is required for paid subscriptions and to access your download history.
When creating an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are suspected of fraud, or have been inactive for more than 24 months.
You are responsible for ensuring your email address remains up to date so we can reach you about your account.
Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or annually (if you choose the yearly option). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until that date. We do not prorate partial months.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Yearly plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Price changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
⚠️ Download limits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Unused downloads expire at the end of each billing cycle.

All icons, artwork, design, code, branding, and written content on IconHub are the intellectual property of GR Technology Pvt Ltd or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright law.
The "IconHub" name, logo (✦), and brand identity are trademarks of GR Technology Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
User-submitted content (if any, such as requests or feedback) does not grant you any ownership over IconHub's intellectual property.
If you believe any content on IconHub infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy for the process to submit a takedown notice.
IconHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR Technology Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of IconHub, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
IconHub may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or actions of those sites.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:
Upon termination, your right to use IconHub and downloaded icons under the commercial licence ceases. Icons already incorporated into completed projects at the time of termination may remain in use.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GR Technology Pvt Ltd regarding your use of IconHub and supersede any prior agreements.
