1 Our Commitment to Copyright

GR Technology Pvt Ltd, the operator of IconHub (freeiconshub.com), deeply respects intellectual property rights and takes copyright protection seriously.

IconHub's icon library is built entirely in-house using original digital artwork created by our team. We use emoji characters (which are part of the Unicode standard) rendered in stylised graphic containers, and all design, code, and visual presentation is our original work.

If you believe that any content on IconHub infringes your copyright, please follow the process described on this page. We aim to investigate and respond to all valid notices promptly and in good faith.

This policy is intended to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), as well as the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and other applicable international copyright frameworks.

2 How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or are authorised to act on their behalf) and believe that content on IconHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice to our Designated Copyright Agent.

3 What Must Be Included in Your Notice

To be valid under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include ALL of the following elements:

• Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the original copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a link to it.
• Identification of the infringing content: Provide a specific URL or description of the content on IconHub that you believe is infringing. "All content on the site" is not acceptable — be specific.
• Your contact information: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good faith statement: A written statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Physical or electronic signature: Your electronic or physical signature (or that of a person authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf).

4 Our Response Process

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days
2. Review the reported content against the claimed original work
3. If the notice is valid, remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly (within 10 business days of validation)
4. Notify the user who uploaded or is associated with the reported content (where applicable)
5. Provide you with confirmation once the content has been removed

We may decline to act on notices that are clearly invalid, lack required elements, target content that falls under fair use or other lawful exceptions, or appear to constitute abuse of the DMCA process.

All accepted takedown notices may be forwarded to the Lumen Database (lumendatabase.org) for transparency, with personally identifying information redacted where appropriate.

5 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content removed from IconHub was removed mistakenly or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our DMCA agent at dmca@freeiconshub.com.

A valid counter-notice must include:

• Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the specific content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:

1. Forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complainant
2. Inform the complainant that we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action
3. Restore the removed content after the required waiting period if no court action is reported

6 Repeat Infringement Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our own policies, IconHub will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

We define a "repeat infringer" as any user whose account is associated with three or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a 12-month period, or who we determine is engaging in a pattern of copyright infringement.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts with fewer notices if the infringement is particularly egregious, deliberate, or large in scale.

Terminated accounts will not receive refunds for any unused subscription period.

7 False Claims Warning

If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified intellectual property attorney before submitting a notice.

We reserve the right to take legal action against parties who submit false, abusive, or harassing DMCA notices against IconHub.
